ESSTE Premier Range of Direct Dyes:

Application	Cellulose	Polyaide	Silk	Leather	Paper	PC blends

ESSTE are water-soluble substantive dyes. It cover’s the entire shade gamut and are easy to apply. They have good leveling property and are cost effective. ESSTE for cellulosics possess excellent light fastness properties. Certain dyestuffs within this range are suitable for high-temperature dyeing of cellulosic/polyester blends. In general, they may be applied on cotton by any method and most of the dyes in the range are even suitable for package dyeing of cotton yarn. ESSTE can also be used to dye jute and coir.

Dyeing is normally done in a neutral or slightly alkaline dyebath, at or near the boil, with the addition of either sodium chloride (NaCl) or sodium sulphate (Na2SO4). Also known as hot-water dye, this type can be used with hot tap water and requires no leveling or exhausting agents. It is convenient but lacking in light-fastness and wash-fastness. ESSTE Dyes are used on cotton, paper, leather, wool, silk and nylon. They are also used as pH indicators and as biological stains.

ESSTE ACTIVE 'M' DYES are 'COLD BRAND DYES' these dyes are having very good reactivity fastness properties. They require milder alkaline conditions for applications & fixation at the optimum temperature of 25-35 Deg.C.

ESSTEACTIVE 'HE' DYES:

ESSTE ACTIVE 'HE' DYES are Bi functional Reactive Dyes. Which have two reactive molties of the same type viz Monochloro Triazinyl. The chromogen of the color is supported through a stillbene in the molecule. This structure provides good light fastness and as well good washing fastness because of having high molecular weight. ESSTEACTIVE 'HE' DYES give good yields irrespective the M:L ratio and having high substantivity. These are having high fixation and tinctorial value. All shades of REACTIVE 'HE' are mutually compatible in combination with good shade reproducibility. The optimum fixation temperature of REACTIVE 'HE' Dyes is 80-85 Deg. C.

ESSTEACTIVE ‘H’
ESSTEACTIVE ‘H’ are 'HOT NRAMD DYES' they are applied under strong alkaline conditions at high temperature of application compared to 'M' Dyes. These Dyes contains very good fastness properties to wash, perspiration, light etc. These dyes are suitable particularly for printing cotton, viscose, cuprammonium raysons & natural silk.

ESSTE ACTIVE VYNIL SULPHONE DYES:

ESSTEACTIVE VYNIL SULPHONE DYES are vinyl sulphone based reactive dyes widely used for dyeing & printing of cellulosic fibres for its very good fastness properties. They have very good features like, good solubility even in presence of alkali, very good fastness properties, can be applied both by exhaust & padding methods, possesses less affinity hence very good leveling property & suitable for resist & discharge printing very much effectively. These dyes are applied by exhaust method at the optimum temperature of 60-65 Deg. C.

ESSTEACTIVE 'ME' Dyes

ESSTEACTIVE 'ME' Dyes have advantage of high exhaustion, high fixation, high alkali stability, very good leveling property, excellent all around fastness properties like light, washing, perspiration, rubbing chlorine peroxide bleach. They give exceptionally good results on various textile printing including on discharge printing except reds which gives slight yellow ship stain. The required fixation temperature of ESSTEACTIVE 'ME' Dyes is 60 C.

ESSTEVAT are a unique class of dye, similar to Indigo, which go through a process of reduction to get onto the fiber and then oxidation, to become fixed on the fiber. ESSTE Vat lend themselves beautifully to bound resist techniques, like shibori, because they discharge the ground color and deposit a new color all in one step.
